   First it’s all about you being in choice. Your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group is a facilitated group process lead by an RWBA globally experienced master coach/facilitator and is solely created with the intention of maximizing the combined energy, experience and wisdom of this exclusive group who’s members have thoughtfully chosen to join in order to take their careers and lives to more meaningful, successful and fulfilling levels.
2. WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY IN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   RWBA Master Coach/Facilitator and your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group members fully commit to and honor the understanding that all discussions engaged in and information provided will be kept strictly confidential! Often information shared will be specific and explicitly personal. Your willingness to be truthful will be treated with ultimate respect and as a special confidence. Only with a personal request from you supported by a written release will your RWBA Master Coach/Facilitator or any member of your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group share information with anyone outside the group in any form or manner. This is a cornerstone of the RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^© experience.

3. WHO MIGHT THE OTHER MEMBERS OF MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^© BE?
   
   In most cases, members of your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group will often be individuals from similar industries/sectors/ trade/industry associations, and typically operate at the same organization level as you. If an organization is large enough, members with similar affinities might come from within that organization or trade/industry association.
4. WHO’S ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS IN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   Essentially, RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group members are accountable for checking in and giving updates, providing feedback to each other, and making commitments to their RWBA Master Coach/Facilitator and RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group while assuming the ultimate responsibility for taking actions and achieving results that they’ve wanted and agreed to themselves.
5. WHAT KIND OF PROCESS IS USED IN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   Your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group uses a highly interactive coaching framework designed to provide each member of your group with powerful perspectives, resources, energy, and challenges that fully support you to move forward on the specific goals within your industry or organization and providing strategic advantage for more success and fulfillment.
6. WHAT WILL WE FOCUS ON IN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   You and the other members of your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group will focus on co-creating an agenda that supports you in receiving the tools, skills, resources, and inspiration you and the other members collectively need and want in an environment of complete confidentiality and trust - a cornerstone of our GROUP COACHING ^{EXCLUSIVITY©} approach.
7. IF I’M PART OF AN AFFINITY GROUP WITHIN MY OWN ORGANIZATION, WHAT WILL WE FOCUS ON IN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   In this case your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group will be designed to meet an overall organizational objective, but the implementation will focus on what each RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group member needs to succeed with her/his specific goals.
8. GIVEN THE FOREGOING, WHAT WOULD BE THE COACHING APPROACH WITHIN MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   The Coaching approach used by your Master Coach/Facilitator will focus on the overall organizational objective and will support each RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group member’s path for reaching her/his goals.



Your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group will be coached and facilitated by a Master Coach/Facilitator who is highly experienced in coaching executives, managers and professionals at the global level.



9. WHO WILL COACH/FACILITATE MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP^©?
   
   Your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group will be coached and facilitated by a Master Coach/Facilitator who is highly experienced in coaching executives, managers and professionals at the global level. Each has extensive professional experience as an executive, Master or PhD. Prepared and is a highly trained certified professional coach experienced in group dynamics and working with a diverse range of industries and organizations at various organizational levels.
10. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF MY RWBA MASTER GROUP COACH/FACILITATOR WAS UNAVAILABLE?
    
    Your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group Master Coach/Facilitator has two additional Master Coach/Facilitators with the equivalent expertise who are able to step in and maintain the continuity and progress of your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group.
11. WHAT TYPES OF INDIVIDUALS WOULD MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP APPLY TO?
    
    Your RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP is applicable to individuals with an affinity of interests who have a common focus and/or certain stretch goals that they want to achieve, and choose to use the expertise of your RWBA Exclusive Coaching Group and the energy and support that it brings in service of their reaching these goals.
12. WHAT PROCESS WOULD MY RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP USE?
    
    The process designed for your RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP is intended to have each member experience being well coached, so they take actions aligned with their individual and professional goals and incorporate many of the coaching tools, skills and experience into their lives and work.

    Types of Groups that best benefit from Group Coaching:

14. HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE THERE IN A TYPICAL RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP?
    
    Each RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP is typically made up of 6 - 10 in a group. Additional individual Laser Coaching is available to each RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP member once each month for a period of 5 – 10 minutes, on an as needed basis.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE APPROACHES THAT I CAN EXPECT MY MASTER COACH/FACILITATOR TO USE?

You can expect your Master Coach/Facilitator to use a diversity of tools and approaches that you will learn and develop yourself if that is one of your goals. These will include:



• Active listening and powerful questioning that allow your RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP to hear and address multiple themes, concerns, and opportunities that emerge so that members continue to experience relevance and a deepening awareness toward forwarding the action.
• Creating awareness for one RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP member that translates into understanding for you and others within your affinity group.
• Facilitating the dynamics within your RWBA EXCLUSIVE COACHING GROUP and managing multiple activities that quickly move the group forward.
